Garlic Pumpkin Soup
This soup will help you pass stool easily, improve digestion, and increase the amount of good bacteria in the gut. To prepare the soup you need peeled and chopped yellow pumpkin, onion, garlic, crushed pepper, oregano and salt.
Take chopped pumpkin in the pressure cooker and add water garlic, onion and salt to taste. Close the lid and wait to give at least two whistles.
After this open the cooker and mash everything. Now take a pan and add some oil let it simmer until your entire cook’s room or house is filled with the aroma of spices and vegetables. Add seasoning and pepper in the end. Serve hot!
Spiced Buttermilk
Buttermilk is rich in magnesium, calcium, and potassium. It keeps your gut healthy and relieves constipation. Curd, pepper powder, salt, chopped ginger, hing and cumin seeds are the ingredients required to prepare buttermilk punch. Firstly, beat the curd in jar after adding water into it. Now add all the spices and give everything a good mix. Store it in the refrigerator and drink it during morning and evening for better benefits.
