Zodiac Matches That Make The Best Couples
A new feature that will make it simpler for users to access their chats when switching devices has been launched by WhatsApp.
Mark Zuckerberg, the CEO of Meta, revealed the new function in a Facebook post on Saturday. The new feature will make it easier for users to move their WhatsApp chat history between two devices running the same OS. A QR code is used to authenticate the transfer procedure.
You can send huge media files and attachments using the chat transfer tool, which is said to be more effective than backing up and restoring your chat history.
Also, according to Meta, users will be able to save their entire chat history and media files from WhatsApp without ever having to leave the app.
According to WhatsApp, the data is completely encrypted and is only shared between the two devices during the transmission phase.
In comparison to using unapproved third-party apps and cloud services, the new WhatsApp chat transferring feature is reportedly more secure and private.
The feature is currently being sent out to WhatsApp Beta users as of right now, and it can only be used for transfers between devices running the same operating system, such as iOS to iOS and Android to Android.

Before a user is prepared to transfer their chats, they must ensure that both devices are physically present, linked to Wi-Fi, and the location feature is turned on. To finish the process, you must go to Settings > Chats > Chat transfer on your old phone and scan the QR code with your new phone. However, the chat feature can be transferred between devices that use the same OS, such as iOS to iOS and Android to Android.
