Facing Digestive Problems In summer? Try These 3 Things To Get Relief

Digestive problems easily trouble you in summer. Due to lack of water in body, strong sunlight and many other reasons, food is not digested properly in summer and problems like indigestion, gas, indigestion, acidity and stomach ache are common. Therefore, liquid intake should be increased during this season. Also, one should avoid exposure to strong sunlight, keep doing physical activity and should not eat too much fried and spicy food. To avoid indigestion in summer and keep gut healthy, here are a few thing that should be included in diet.

Buttermilk

Buttermilk is very beneficial for health. Especially, it should be included in diet in summer. It is very easy to digest, improves digestion and balances Kapha and Vata. This reduces inflammation and eliminates gas related problems.

Include sugar candy in your diet

Mishri or rock sugar is the pure form of sugar. It does not contain chemicals and is also used in making some medicines in Ayurveda. But, especially in summers, you should use sugar candy instead of refined sugar.

Ginger

To avoid indigestion in summer, ginger should be included in diet. Ginger helps in removing digestive problems. You can use fresh ginger juice or dry ginger. It cures cold and cough, reduces excess fat, bloating, indigestion and inflammation. Ginger also helps in controlling blood sugar level and cholesterol.
