For this reason, eating a diet high in magnesium becomes even more crucial in summer to keep the body healthy. Here is a list of summertime-friendly meals high in magnesium.

Nuts

Nuts are incredibly high in nutrients and healthy, especially almonds, cashews, and Brazil nuts as they are filled with magnesium. You can eat them as a snack or add them to smoothies or desserts. These nuts not only contain magnesium but also fiber and good fats called monounsaturated fats, which can lower cholesterol and blood sugar.

Seeds

Superfoods with tons of nourishment include seeds like flax, chia, and pumpkin. They have high levels of antioxidants and magnesium, which decrease cholesterol and preserve your cells. Omega-3 fatty acids, iron, and fiber content are also high in these seeds.
