3 Magnesium Rich Food For Muscle-Bone Health To Add In Diet This Summer

Magnesium is essential for keeping bones, muscles, and nerves strong and healthy. Additionally, it supports immune system, encourages regular blood pressure, and helps regulate blood sugar, among other things. However, did you know that the summer is when our bodies lose the most magnesium? Usually, it happens due to lot of sweating in this hot weather. Nuts

Green vegetables are filled with nutrients and less calories. In addition to being high in magnesium, vegetables like kale, spinach, and turnip greens are also high in iron, manganese, and other vitamins. Diabetes and heart disease can be avoided by adding more of these greens in your diet.
