Chandrayaan-3 is not a human space mission. Vikram lander has a rover and  Pragyan, and no passengers.

Chandrayaan-3, an Indian Moon mission, made a successful lunar landing on Wednesday at 6:03 p.m. With this, India made history by being the first nation to set foot in the southern polar area of the Moon.

In a post on X, the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) formally shared the news of successful landing tweeted, “‘India, I reached my destination and you too!’: Chandrayaan-3.”

After the United States, Russia, and China, India is now the fourth country in the world to successfully land a rover on the Moon, leaving its mark on the history of lunar exploration.

The Chandrayaan-3 mission’s objectives include investigating the Moon’s geology, water availability, and possibilities for further human exploration.
