The video attracted many social media users, who expressed their joy in the comments.

One Twitter user asked, “Indian cybertruck?” Another person questioned “What is that ‘thing’?” in the comment area.

A third person remarked, “Saw this in 27th Main Road Lane,” claiming to have spotted this car on Bengaluru Road.

A user claimed to have located the car and identified it as a zPod.

Minus Zero, a Bengaluru-based firm in autonomous mobility, makes the self-driving vehicle zPod.

The startup Minus Zero asserts on its Instagram page that the zPod car lacks a conventional steering wheel. Instead, real-time traffic and driving conditions are analysed by high-resolution cameras, making it simpler to navigate the highways.

The start-up describes the technology behind it and says that the zPod has a complete camera-sensor suite. It collects its surroundings and feeds the data to an embedded AI.
