AIMIM leader Owaisi and BJP Leader Kishan Reddy File Nominations For Lok Sabha Elections

Before submitting his paperwork to run for the Hyderabad seat against BJP candidate Madhavi Latha, Owaisi offered Friday prayers at the Mecca Masjid located here and led a huge procession.

AIMIM leader Asaduddin Owaisi and Telangana BJP chairman G Kishan Reddy are two of the individuals who submitted nominations on Friday for the Lok Sabha elections scheduled on May 13.

Before Reddy submitted his candidacy to the Returning Officer for the Secunderabad segment, senior BJP leader Rajnath Singh spoke at a gathering.

Before submitting his paperwork to run for the Hyderabad seat against BJP candidate Madhavi Latha, Owaisi offered Friday prayers at the Mecca Masjid located here and led a sizable procession.

Prior to Congress candidate Vamshi Chand Reddy submitting his nomination for the Mahabubnagar segment, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy spoke at a gathering.

Revanth Reddy was there when Vamshi Chand presented his candidacy to the authorities, according to PTI.

Speaking at the event, Kishan Reddy claimed that BRS was irrelevant in Telangana politics and that the Congress had no moral right to run for office without keeping its pledges made in the polls.

“Even if BRS wins a seat in Telangana, it’s of no use. Even if it doesn’t get even a single seat, there is no loss to Telangana, so the BRS era has ended in Telangana,” Reddy said.

The union minister asserted that the BJP is the only option to the Congress party in the state and said that the party will step up its opposition to the Congress government to make sure it keeps all of its election-related pledges.
