Mathura: A four-month-old child was one of four people killed when a vehicle slammed their car here, police said on Friday. The tragedy occurred on Thursday when the passengers were returning to Delhi after paying obeisance at the Banke Bihari shrine in Vrindavan, according to reports.
According to SHO (Jait) Ajay Verma, Vishal Tyagi was driving the automobile, with his buddy Deepak Kannujia’s father Gyanchand riding in the front passenger seat. Tyagi’s wife Preeti (26), their baby daughter Divisha, Deepak (32) and his mother Snehlata sat in the rear seats, he explained.
Vishal and Gyanchand were wearing seatbelts, therefore the safety bag opened and they lived. However, those seated in the rear killed immediately as the vehicle collided with the automobile, according to the SHO. The bodies have been submitted for post-mortem, he stated.
