The Allahabad High Court is now scheduled to have a hearing on suits numbers 5 and 15 today. It is anticipated that soon after the hearing on all suits is completed, Allahabad High court will reserve its decision.

A major accident was averted on Sunday between Raipur-Urkura on Mumbai-Howrah route, where a pole on the track side of Shalimar Kurla Express fell. During this time the train was running. Six people were also injured after being hit by the pole.
