Andres Manuel Lopez Obrado, the president of Mexico, stated that he would be open to attending the conference if both Russian and Ukrainian delegates were there. “If there’s acceptance from both Ukraine and Russia to look for solutions to achieve peace, we’ll participate. We don’t want the Russia-Ukraine war to continue, it’s very irrational,” he said.

Russia won’t be there! Remarks Volodymyr Zelensky’s office
