Russian President - Vladimir Putin
Russia expressed that the nation is not known to the reason behind the discussions that are to be done in Saudi Arabia. Russia Ukraine peace talks have become important because of the condition of long drawn clashes causing severe problems to the world. Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said, “Of course, Russia will follow this meeting. We need to understand what goals are set and what will be discussed. Any attempt to promote a peaceful settlement deserves a positive evaluation.” “The Kyiv regime does not want and cannot want peace, as long as it is used exclusively as a tool in the war of the collective West with Russia,” he added.
Russia not Invited!
Russia was not invited to the summit, according to Ukraine. According to the reports, Saudi Arabia would host talks centred on Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky’s peace plan, which calls for the withdrawal of all Russian troops and the restoration of Ukraine’s post-Soviet borders, and invite Western states, Ukraine, and important nations.
According to the report, Kyiv and Western nations believed that the negotiations would result in international support for Ukraine’s peace terms. Andres Manuel Lopez Obrado, the president of Mexico, stated that he would be open to attending the conference if both Russian and Ukrainian delegates were there. “If there’s acceptance from both Ukraine and Russia to look for solutions to achieve peace, we’ll participate. We don’t want the Russia-Ukraine war to continue, it’s very irrational,” he said.
Russia won’t be there! Remarks Volodymyr Zelensky’s office
Andriy Yermak, Zelensky’s chief of staff, said Ukraine would be “boundlessly happy if West, East, South and North work in this format towards renewing a system of world security”.
“But this is a forum of responsible states who stand by international rights and the UN statutes. And that’s why Russia won’t be there,” Andriy Yermak asserted.

Vladimir Putin, the president of Russia, may or may not attend the negotiations. Last week, the Russian president suggested that an African effort on the Ukraine War would serve as a foundation for peace. This was difficult to understand because of Ukrainian attacks on Russia, he claimed.
