To make besan panjiri, heat ghee in pan and then fry gum in it. After finishing, keep it aside. Add the gram flour to the ghee now, fry it till golden, and then leave it aside to cool. Once it has cooled, combine it with the sugar powder, gum, cardamom powder, dried fruit trimmings and mix everything well. Tasty finger-licking besan panjiri is ready to serve!
Put some flour in a pan and fry it until it turns golden brown to make atta panjiri. When it is fried, sprinkle on some sugar powder. Dried fruit should be chopped and combined with sugar powder. In addition, add cardamom powder to it for an enhanced aroma.
Heat one spoonful of ghee in a pan to make Dhaniya Panjiri. Add the coriander and continue to cook it over a medium flame. Remove the coriander when it begins to smell, then sauté all the dried fruits in the remaining ghee. Grind the coriander to a powder once it has cooled. Add the dry fruit slices, sugar powder, and cardamom powder now and give a good mix to everything together. The Panjiri is prepared quickly.
