In a significant move, the Supreme Court had mandated several key initiatives to address the longstanding issues plaguing the lower courts in Delhi. These initiatives included the construction of residential complexes tailored for judicial officers and other personnel, the expedited appointment of staff at the district level, and the provision for temporary courtrooms.
