The collaboration between the Adani Group and ISKCON at the Maha Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj is providing essential relief to millions of pilgrims.

Adani Group ISKCON

As the Maha Kumbh Mela continues in Prayagraj, millions of devotees gather to take part in the holy ritual at the Triveni Sangam. However, with heavy crowds and traffic jams, pilgrims often face difficulties in their journey.

To alleviate this, the Adani Group and volunteers from ISKCON have partnered to distribute maha-prasad to pilgrims stuck in traffic, offering them much-needed nourishment and relief.

This selfless service continues throughout the night, ensuring that the administration and security forces can maintain the smooth flow of the pilgrimage. The initiative not only brings comfort but also offers blessings to those involved in the sacred gathering.

Record-Breaking Attendance At Maha Kumbh Mela

This year, the Maha Kumbh Mela has seen an unprecedented number of visitors, surpassing the target of 450 million devotees.

The Mela is an essential religious event where saints, devotees, and pilgrims from across the world come together to take part in the holy dip at the Triveni Sangam. With key bathing festivals still ahead, officials predict that the total number of bathers will exceed 500 million.

Notable events such as Mauni Amavasya saw 80 million devotees participating, while other significant dates like Makar Sankranti and Basant Panchami drew millions.

The ongoing devotion and enthusiasm of the attendees reflect the profound religious significance of this event.

Partnership Between Adani Group & ISKCON For Mahaprasad Seva

A remarkable collaboration between Adani Group and ISKCON has been making a significant impact at the Maha Kumbh Mela. Initially, ISKCON was providing 10,000 meals a day, but with the support from the Adani Group, the capacity has expanded, now enabling them to serve unlimited meals to pilgrims.

This Mahaprasad Seva will be offered for the entire duration of the Mela, from January 13 to February 26.

Two kitchens, set up both inside and outside the Mela grounds, are preparing meals that will nourish and sustain the huge number of devotees attending the spiritual gathering.

As a result, this partnership has enhanced the experience for those visiting the Mela by ensuring they receive both spiritual and physical sustenance.
