Vinoy Kumar Choubey, Commissioner of Police of Pimpri Chinchwad and a 1995-batch Indian Police Service (IPS) officer, has received the President’s Police Medal for Distinguished Service (PPM) from Maharashtra Governor Jishnu Dev Varma at Lok Bhavan in Mumbai.
