The Government of India’s Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) program focuses on providing affordable housing to the urban poor by 2024. On June 25, 2015, the program was first introduced. This scheme was updated on August 5, 2023. The interest rate for the PMAY scheme starts at 6.50% p.a. and can be availed for a tenure of up to 20 years.
Those who want to take advantage of the Central Government’s flagship program, the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Online Form 2023 is available. These individuals can fill out the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Form and register online for a housing unit through the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Online Registration 2022–2023 option.
Step 1: Go to pmay mis.gov.in, the official PMAY website
Step 2: You have the choice of logging in to your PMAY online form using your assessment ID or your father’s name and mobile number. Choose an option, then fill in the necessary information.
Step 3: You can now access and download your PMAY form online.

Step 2: On the main page, click on ‘Citizen Assessment’ option, and select ‘Apply Online’ from the drop-down menu. You will see four options. Select the one that is applicable to you.
Step 3: To make an online application for PMAY 2022, select ‘In Situ Slum Redevelopment (ISSR)’ option. The next page will ask for your Aadhaar number and name. Fill in the details and click on ‘Check’ to verify your Aadhaar details.
Step 4: A detailed from – Format A – will appear. This form requires all your details. Fill each column carefully.
Step 5: After filling all the details for PMAY, enter the captcha and click on the ‘Submit’ button. Your PMAY 2023 online application is complete.
A PMAY application can also be fulfilled offline at the state-run Common Service Centers (CSCs) or banks registered under the PMAY. To register for PMAY 2023–24, you must pay a small registration fee of Rs 25.
