One couple, though, took things a step further and tied the knot while the train was moving. The couple decided to have their wedding on a speeding train, adding a distinctive twist to the popular trend of destination weddings. The couple can be seen performing the wedding rituals in front of several cheering passengers in a video of the unconventional ceremony.
The video shared was captioned, ”Wedding on the moving train. Wow wow wow.”
The bride and groom are seen exchanging varmalas at the beginning of the video, and then the groom ties a mangal sutra around the bride’s neck. The crowd cheers as the bride gets emotional touches the groom’s feet and hugs him. According to some accounts, this unusual ceremony took place on an Asansol-Jasidih train.

With hundreds of comments and more than 74,000 likes, the video has gone viral on the internet. Some laughed at the adaptability of Indian trains, while others were interested to know why the couple decided to wed on a train. A few people also gave the couple their congratulations and best wishes.
