Zodiac Matches That Make The Best Couples
Couple consumes peppers and seals their lips to set record for "hottest kiss"
Guinness World Records (GWR) always shares varied records created or broken by people across the world. From bizarre to incredible, there are various types of records. Adding to that list is this record by a couple from Canada. They locked lips with each other after eating habanero peppers, one of the hottest chilies in the world, and kissed each other for 15 minutes and 6.5 seconds.
According to a blog post posted by GWR, Mike, and Jamie Jack set a record for the longest and sexiest kiss to celebrate their 15th wedding anniversary.
Mike told GWR, “We each got 30 seconds to eat a habanero and then we pressed our lips together for as long as we wanted. He also owns the world record for consuming some of the spiciest peppers. Jamie ate just habanero peppers for a month in order to particularly prepare for the record.”
Mike mentioned that their friends and family are quite pleased with their achievement from her, particularly Jamie for setting her first-ever world record. The pair has no intention of stopping for the time being. In fact, they are getting ready for and want to add another record to their list. The next goal is to set a record for the longest Bhut Jolokia chili kiss.
The multiple record holder Mike gave tips to others who wanted to beat their time or take on another pepper-related challenge. Before trying a song like this, he said, “Make sure you can withstand the intensity of the peppers.”
Guinness World Records used its official Twitter account to announce the record. Someone commented on the post, “That’s one hawt kiss.” The tweet has around 31,000 views and is still growing. More than 120 people liked the post as well.
