The Yamuna Bank Metro station’s entry and exit gates have been opened as the area’s waterlogging situation has improved, the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation informed on Sunday.

On July 13, Yamuna Bank Metro Station’s entrance and exit were shut down when the station’s approach road became impassable as a water Yamuna’s Water level rose.
According to the DMRC, the interchange facility was open and the Blue Line’s services were operating normally.
The Yamuna River’s water level decreased to 205.95 metres at 10 a.m. on Sunday, according to Central Water Commission website.
At 8 on Sunday morning, Yamuna water level was noted at 206.02 metres.
Additionally, experts say that in the next few hours, Yamuna’s water level is projected to drop below the danger limit. On July 10, around 5 o’clock, the Yamuna River in Delhi went above the 205.33-meter danger line.
Additionally, the water level along the route from Majnu Ka Tila to Kashmere Gate has begun to recede. Locals in the area, who had been struggling from past few days due to heavy rain and flood.
