Other than this, a bad lifestyle and avoiding nutritious meals over food that satisfies the palate is also one of the reasons for unhealthy hair. Today we will be sharing with you a few hair mask that will help in getting that silky, strong and shiny hair that you have been desiring for so long.
Make a nice banana, honey, and yoghurt mask to tame your damaged hair. Bananas are excellent for retaining moisture because they are packed with vitamins, potassium, and carbohydrates. Lactic acid, which is abundant in yoghurt, fights dryness and dullness. Both soften and smooth your hair when combined with honey. Blend Yoghurt and banana together. On damp hair, apply this mask. For about 40 minutes, leave it on. Use cold water to wash it off.
This DIY homemade hair mask is packed with energy and will give your lifeless, dull hair a boost. A protein-rich mask can be made with milk, almond oil, and oatmeal. Your hair will receive the essential nourishment, appearing softer and glossier as a result. Blend 4 tablespoons of oats and 1 cup of milk together. Now add a few drops of almond oil and give a good mix. Now apply the mixture for 30 minutes. To get smooth, shiny hair, simply rinse it off with cold water.
Take a bowl for curd and add 3 tablespoons of Aloe vera, 3 pumps of conditioner and a spoonful of honey. Now, give everything a good mix together. Apply the hair mask through the sections of hair and leave it for 40 minutes. Wash it off with sulphate-free shampoo and then finish with conditioner.
