3 Lemon Based Drinks To Keep You Cool This Summer

As temperature is increasing day by day, it is necessary to consume drinks that can keep you cool and hydrated this summer. Lemon, rich in Vitamin C and anti-oxidants, also takes care of your health and helps in detoxifying your body. Today we will be sharing with you some recipes to make different types of lemon based drinks.

Lemon Mint Drink

In the summer season, lemon mint cooler can be prepared with the help of lemon and mint. For this, add sugar in water and mix it well. Now add freshly squeezed lemon juice and some fresh mint leaves, gently crush them and mix them. Now put them in the glass. Add ice cubes and serve.

Drink Lemon Iced Tea

If you like drinking tea, then you can make iced tea with the help of lemon during the summer season. For this, boil one cup of water in a saucepan. Now turn off the gas, put tea bags in it and leave it for 5 minutes. Now add lemon juice and sugar and mix. Now let it cool down a bit. Finally, keep it in the refrigerator to cool.

Watermelon and Lemon Drink

This drink made with the help of watermelon and lemon will cool your body and you will feel very refreshing. It also supplies electrolytes to your body. For this, take watermelon cubes and take out the seeds from it. Now blend it. Filter the juice and pour it into a glass. Also, add ice cubes, sugar syrup and lemon juice, mix and serve it chilled.
