The “minor” wrestler who accused Wrestling Federation president Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh of sexual harassment was not a minor at the time of the incident and has changed her statement in court. He also mentioned that her daughter has withdrawn the complaint against the WFI Chief is false.
As a result of accusation the BJP MP was booked under the charges of POCSO Act against sexual assault on children. The POCSO accusations against the Chief of the Wrestling Federation can be dropped due to the change in age status.
