The Delhi Police said that the evidence is enough to punish the accused. Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh said that he will only resign if PM Modi wants him to do.

Delhi Police filed 1500 page charge sheet on complaint of 6 women wrestlers who accused Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh of sexual abuse.

The former Supreme Court judge criticised the Delhi police for delaying the process and claimed that the wrestlers were compelled to take to the streets since their complaints against BJP MP went unanswered.

Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh said that he will contest 2024 elections form Kaiserganj during BJP's massive outreach campaign in Gonda for the Lok Sabha elections.

Mr. Punia clearly stated that they do not trust police investigation and narrated an incident from the day before.

According to the report of Delhi Police, the video proof that as provided by the complainant shows that no offence of hate speech was made by the grapplers.

POCSO Act against Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh can be dropped after the female wrestler changed her statement in court.

"Police investigation should be completed by 15th June and the minister has requested us not to hold protests until then," says wrestler Bajrang

Bajarang Punia, Sakshee Malikkh, Sangita Phogat and Satyawart Kadian attended the meeting.

"There is no question of bias," Thakur said to suggestions that the delay in action was because Singh was a Lok Sabha member of the ruling party at the Centre.
