There are 700 tribal communities in India, but the number of languages they use are more than this. It is the duty of the writers to preserve the languages. This is my 5th visit to Madhya Pradesh, ” says President Draupadi Murmu. The President said that India’s largest tribal population lives in Madhya Pradesh, therefore organizing ‘Utkarsh’ and ‘Unmesh’ festivals in Madhya Pradesh is logical as well as emotional. The spirit of “Yatra Vishvam Bhavatayekneedam” is becoming relevant in modern era as well says Murmu.
India is the confluence of art and culture
Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that Madhya Pradesh has been the confluence of art and culture since ancient times. Where on one hand Prime Minister Narendra Modi is building glorious, prosperous and powerful India, on the other hand he is promoting our art, culture, traditions, literature and life values.
India is an ancient nation
The Chief Minister said that India is an ancient nation. When the sun of civilization had not risen in the developed countries of the world, the hymns of the Vedas were composed in our country. Literature, art and music have the power to unite the whole world. Madhya Pradesh has been the confluence of art and culture since ancient times.
New era under the leadership of Modi ji
Shivraj Singh Chouhan calls this era wonderful. When our Prime Minister is at the birthplace of Lord Shri Ram in Ayodhya, in Kashi or visits Mahakal Maharaj, he prostrates and bows and the country remembers our age old traditions. If anyone gives happiness to the mind, intellect and soul, it is literature, music and art.
What is “Utkarsh” and “Unmesh”
The two-day programs “Utkarsh” and “Unmesh” were inaugurated on Thursday in Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh. President Draupadi Murmu reached Bhopal to participate in national festival of folk and tribal expressions of India. In “Utkarsh” and “Unmesh” tribal artists have also come from different states across the country. Along with President Draupadi Murmu, Governor Mangu Bhai Patel and Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan were also present in this programme. This program will run till August 5 at Rabindra Bhavan.
