PM Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and other top BJP leaders convened a high level meeting in New Delhi on Wednesday. The discussions were mainly related to preparations for the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections.
Top Party leaders also talked about changes to be taken within the party organization and government. Sources claim that during the meeting, Prime Minister Narendra Modi gave explicit instructions to cabinet ministers and highlighted the significance making needs of the underprivileged and socially backward sections of society a first priority within their ministries.
He also asserted that main focus of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections is the backward section, he instructed the ministers to take necessary steps to make lives of poor and middle class better by aligning the objective with government schemes.
For the upcoming elections BJP has decided to divide the 543 Lok Sabha seats into North, East and South, these three sectors. Each sector is considered as a sub entity, which will be operated with individual strategy. BJP President JP Nadda will also hold a meeting from July 6 to July 8 which will be attended by CM, deputy CM, MP and MLA. Recognizing the potential of poor class in the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections, the meeting ended with a purpose of building a better future of all the communities prioritizing the backward section and promoting inclusive governance.
