Ram Lalla idol’s intricate design was on show in fresh images that surfaced on Friday. As a part of the preparations for the Ram Temple’s consecration ceremony, the Ram Lalla idol has been seated inside the sanctum sanctorum on Thursday.

The idol of Ram Lalla was wrapped in a white cloth in the initial images that were released which were removed in the new pictures. Early on Thursday morning, the 51-inch idol, created by Mysuru-based artist Arun Yogiraj, was transported to the temple.

According to news agency PTI, a priest involved in the consecration process named Arun Dixit said that the Ram Lalla idol was placed in the sanctum sanctorum on Thursday afternoon.
The organization in charge of managing the temple’s construction, the Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust, claims that this was carried out while prayers were being chanted.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be present on January 22 when the idol is set in the temple during the “Abhijith Muhurta,” according to a trustee of the Sri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust Udupi Pejawar mutt Sri Vishwaprasanna Teertha.
He clarified that, for security considerations, only those who have been invited will be permitted entry into the temple on the first day. The public is anticipated to be able to enter the Ram Temple the day following the ‘pran pratishtha’ ceremony on January 22.
