PM Modi in Barrackpur: Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s is continously campaigning and giving speeches during the Lok Sabha elections. He will address public meetings in West Bengal and Bihar on Sunday. Last night he reached Kolkata from Jharkhand and was going to address four election rallies in West Bengal. However, before the election rally, PM Modi suddenly went on a road show in Barrackpore and a huge crowd gathered to see him. During this, people are seen raising slogans of Modi-Modi. Its video is also going viral on social media.
According to media sources, PM Modi had not made any prior planning for this road show. This was a sudden decision and soon people were informed about his arrival. People were seen on the standing on the roadside and some were seen welcoming PM Modi from the rooftops of their houses. During this, PM also accepted everyone’s greetings by shaking hands.
In Barrackpur, North 24 Parganas (West Bengal), Prime Minister Narendra Modi while attacking TMC said, “A few years ago, CAG report came on TMC government which said that it has given no record of Rs 2,30,000 crore. CAG is saying how and where was this money spent? There is no accounting for this. ‘Teacher Recruitment Scam’ is an example of how corrupt TMC is.
PM Modi further said that the state government had made rate cards for teacher recruitment which were sold in the markets and bidding for the posts was done, for this scam sheets were run and fake interviews were conducted. “Even the court had to say that government machinery is behind this scam.” It is noteworthy that lakhs of people have gathered at the Barrackpur venue to listen to PM Modi. On this occasion, it can be seen in the viral video that a large number of people are inside the pandal and an equally large number of people are standing outside the pandal listening to the PM’s speech.
