On February 13, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address a huge gathering of the Indian community in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
The ‘Ahlan Modi’ event is scheduled just one day before the Prime Minister’s official inauguration of the BAPS Hindu temple in Abu Dhabi. It is anticipated that over 50,000 people will attend the event.
According to a statement from the BAPS Swaminarayan Sanstha, PM Modi has accepted an invitation to inaugurate the BAPS Hindu temple, the biggest of its kind in the United Arab Emirates.
The Swaminarayan Sanstha said that representatives of the BAPS organization, led by Swami Ishwarcharandas and Swami Brahmaviharidas, met with the Prime Minister at his Delhi residence and invited him to the inauguration on February 14.
The invitation to inaugurate the temple in the Arab nation has been “graciously accepted” by Prime Minister Modi, it was stated.
The design of BAPS Hindu temple is similar to a lotus flower in full bloom. PM Modi travelled to the United Arab Emirates last year to attend the COP28 climate summit in Dubai.
