Zodiac Matches That Make The Best Couples
On Sunday, June 11, in Dausa, Rajasthan, Congress politician Sachin Pilot paid tribute to his father Rajesh Pilot on his death anniversary. There were earlier speculations that Pilot would launch his own regional outfit on June 11. Pilot did not, however, make any such announcement.
A memorial service was held, prayers were offered at the statue of late Rajesh Pilot, and a new statue was unveiled at a Gujjar hostel. The programme very keenly watched since there was a rumour of Pilot launching his own party and was speculated that it would start a new chapter in Rajasthan’s politics.
Calling for clean politics, Former Deputy Chief Minister Sachin Pilot said: “I have spoken up for a better future for the youth. People here have always supported me. My voice is not weak, I will not step back. The nation needs politics of truth. I don’t want people to play with the future of the youth. My policy is clear, I want clean politics.”
Taking to twitter he penned down an emotional note on his Father’s death anniversary, he wrote, He never compromised on his principles considering public interest as paramount. I will always follow his thoughts and ideals.”
Pilot and Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot have been engaged in a fierce power struggle. The Congress party met with the leaders earlier this month and announced that they had “unanimously and collectively” agreed “proposal”. K C Venugopal, AICC general secretary in charge of organisation, declared that both leaders have decided “to go together” and support one another in the upcoming Assembly elections.
