A criminal defamation petition has been filed in Rouse Avenue Court against Atishi Marlena and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal. BJP’s Delhi unit’s media head Praveen Shankar Kapoor has filed a criminal defamation case against Atishi Marlena and Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal in Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court.
Kapoor has alleged that both Kejriwal and Marlena have made baseless allegations that BJP is trying to bribe AAP MLAs to bring them to its side and topple the government. Rouse Avenue Court will hear the case on May 4.
