Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan stated that the honorarium for Anganwadi employees will rise from Rs. 10,000 to Rs. 13,000. As an incentive, the honorarium would be raised by Rs 1000 each year. Chief Minister Ladli Bahna Yojana would provide 1000 rupees per month in a separate payment to Anganwadi staff. A mini anganwadi worker’s remuneration has also been raised to Rs. 6,500 per month.
The Anganwadi employees will receive one lakh twenty-five thousand rupees upon retirement, while the assistants would receive one lakh rupees. The employees and assistance at Anganwadi centres will receive health and accident insurance worth Rs. 5 lakh. Promotion from assistant to Anganwadi worker positions would be allocated for 50% of all positions. Anganwadi employees will receive the same benefits as government workers. The role of Anganwadi staff members in the execution of programmes
According to Chief Minister Shri Chouhan, the contribution of Anganwadi employees and helpers to the execution of government policies and initiatives is admirable. The Ladli Lakshmi and Chief Minister Kanya Vivah Yojana are implemented with significant help from Anganwadi personnel. It is admirable how hard the Anganwadi sisters have worked to put the Mukhyamantri Ladli Bahna Yojana into action.
In a short period of time, the sisters completed one crore, 25 lakh registrations; this is a significant accomplishment. To combat malnutrition, Anganwadi personnel and volunteers continue to make efforts. According to Chief Minister Shri Chouhan, our government has periodically raised Anganwadi workers’ honoraria in recognition of their ongoing dedication to their jobs and their contributions to society.

Mukhyamantri Ladli Bahna Yojana, according to Chief Minister Shri Chouhan, is a programme that originated from my heart. In the past, women in India were highly respected, but as it became a slave nation, things changed. Due to historical factors, women in families also experienced second-class treatment.
Sisters were reliant on others for even their most basic necessities. In order to better their situation, the state established programmes including Ladli Laxmi Yojana, Kanya Vivah Yojana, various promotional initiatives, and programmes for women’s empowerment. Another crucial component of this social revolution is the Ladli Bahna Yojana. The Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh and the Madhya Pradesh Anganwadi Workers’ Assistant Federation both sent representatives to the meeting to share their perspectives.
