Divya Agrawal with her ex and next
Big Boss OTT winner Divya Agarwal ended things with Roadies fame Varun Sood. After dating each other for quite a long, the duo parted ways on a bitter note. From the start of their relationship, their bond was like an open book. When the two decided to end their relationship, their fans were shocked. Both actors fan clubs trolled each other without knowing what’s the actual reason behind this decision.
Recently the diva appeared on Amrita Rao and RJ Anmol’s podcast with her fiancé Apurva Padgaonkar. The couple spoke about their chemistry and their bonding. Divya also revealed why she broke up with Varun.
Divya shares the reason behind the breakup
During the interaction, Apurva and Divya revealed that they first saw each other at a party, hosted at his restaurant when Divya just had won Miss Navi Mumbai. The Spitsvilla fame also spoke about her relationship with Priyank Sharma. While speaking about her relationship with her best friend Varun Sood, the actress said that she felt all over the place when she was with him. Miss Agarwal also said that she made Varun meet Aurva. Divya even said that she ended things with Varun because she had ‘complex emotions’.
Divya said, “With Varun, I felt all over the place. With Apurva, I would feel calm and mature. I made Varun meet Apurva. I told him clearly that I had a problem. I had confusion. Whatever has happened is very wrong and it has happened because of me. I need to put a stop somewhere. And that’s why it was an abrupt break-up. I just got the car to a screeching halt. This thought would always come to my mind that if I was to get married to my now ex (Varun) would I want to invite Apurva and if I invite him, would I be ok seeing him on that side? Apurva has been the most important person in my life. I had so many complex emotions in my head.”
Life after breakup
Divya also discussed how difficult it was to move on after her breakup with Varun. She claimed that although their relationship appeared to be cheerful on social media, she wasn’t happy. She said, “Whoever had been around me would have lost it after what I went through. Everything, even the relationship, and split, was made public. And when he arrived, things became worse. On social media during the relationship, everything appeared to be pleasant, but on the inside, I was unhappy. In contrast, I haven’t shared many photos of Apurva despite the fact that I am overjoyed. Never have we argued. Even his family never judged or questioned me. They constantly stood behind me and said, “Don’t listen to the media, you two stay together.”
