Day 4: ‘Adipurush’ Collection Dips Amid Controversies Over Dialogues And VFX

“Adipurush,” a recreation of the epic Ramayana, saw a significant decline in its box office earnings, earning only Rs 35 crore on day  four.

The movie made Rs 140 crore on day one, followed by Rs 100 crore on days two and three, for a total of Rs 200 crore on Monday,  which is much less than what it made throughout its opening weekend.

According to production company T Series, “Adipurush,” starring Prabhas and Kriti Sanon, has amassed a total worldwide revenue of Rs 375 crore.

“Adipurush” has faced criticism for its dialogue, slang, and Effects.

According to a Box Office India report, “Adipurush” experienced a decline of about 78% on Monday.

The movie made roughly Rs 112 crore in its first four days of release, according to BOI, earning Rs 105 crore in its first weekend but only Rs 7.5 crore on Monday.

Manoj Muntashir Shukla, who wrote the dialogue for the movie, stated on Sunday that the producers will “revise some of the sentences” in response to the criticism, and the revisions would be included in the finished product within a week.

Krishan Kumar, Raut, Prasad Sutar, Rajesh Nair of Retrophiles, Pramod, and Vamsi of UV Creations are also producers of “Adipurush.”

The film has been made available in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam.
