Dancing On The Grave, Prime Video’s first local true-crime documentary series will premiere worldwide. The chilling murder of Shakereh Khaleeli in Bangalore in the early 1990s is the subject of this unscripted investigative series.

About Dancing on the Grave

Dancing on the Grave examines the sudden disappearance and grisly murder of Shakereh Khaleeli (maiden name Namazie), a well-known and wealthy heiress from a respected family, using archival footage, news clippings, interviews, and dramatizations. Through exclusive interviews with key participants in the events and those at the periphery, the four-part docuseries investigates the enigmatic murder. In addition, it features the offender himself and delves deeply into the nearly 30-year-old murder that shook the nation, going beyond the facts that are already known about it.

Written and directed by Patrick Graham, the unscripted Amazon Original series will premiere in India and across 240 countries and territories worldwide on April 21.
