United States Warns North Korea It Will Pay Price If It Supplies Russia With Arms

A top White House official warned Tuesday that North Korea will face consequences if it assists Russia with weapons to fight its conflict against Ukraine.

“They will pay a price for this in the international community”, said US National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan addressing the media.

North Korean leader Kim Jong Un may fly to Russia to meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Officials also stated that Russia would purchase weaponry from North Korea in exchange for food and crucial technology.

North Korea has a robust military industrial base for artillery shells, which could aid Russian soldiers fighting in Ukraine.
