Video Of Couple Kissing On Moving Delhi Metro Goes Viral, Users Outraged

Many incidents of couples getting intimate in moving metro have come in light. Another video of similar incident resurfaced on social media leaving the users outraged. In the clip, the couple is seen smooching and hugging each other in Delhi Metro.

It is claimed that the video is of Anand Vihar Metro Station. Delhi Metro always directs people to refrain from such activities and not cause any sort of inconvenience to the passengers. The video circulated on social media with the caption, ”Another emotional video of Anand Vihar # delhimetro (OYO). Maybe we have forgotten that love is blind, people are not.”

Several users reacted on the post. Where a few wanted DMRC to take strict action in the matter others questioned if it is correct to film the act and circulate it on social media.

One of users commented, ”Seriously what’s wrong if they are kissing each other and not disturbing anyone else, looks like people like you have no other work than interfering in other people’s lives.” Another said, ”This is become regular in Delhi? why? looking very very awkward.”

In an official statement, DMRC said, “Commuters should not indulge in any indecent/obscene activity that may cause discomfort or could offend the sensibilities of other fellow commuters. DMRC’s Operations & Maintenance Act in fact lists out indecency as a punishable offence under Section 59.”

It has also requested the commuters to report such incidents in the “nearest available metro staff/CISF immediately so that appropriate action can be taken”.
