In an interview held here with Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) ticket contenders, the party chief said, “Today where Pakistan has reached (in terms of the state of the economy) this is not done by India, the US or even Afghanistan. In fact, we shot ourselves in our own foot...they (a reference to the military) imposed a selected (government) on this nation by rigging the 2018 polls that led to the sufferings of the people and downfall of the economy.”

Major Arms and Ammunition Cache Seized in Manipur’s Bishnupur District; Security Forces Launch Investigation
Manipur: Security forces recovered a huge cache of arms and ammunition during the search operation conducted in Bishnupur district. During the operation, one Carbine rifle with magazine, one country made 9 mm Pistol with magazine, three 9 mm rounds, four Hand Grenade, one Improvised Motor Tube, two 51 mm Mortar Shell, one Smoke Shell, 17 Improvised Mortar Shell, 9 twelve bore round and two hundred gram of gunpowder were recovered. A case has been registered at Phoubakchao Ikhai Police Station and investigation is underway.
