Who Will Seek Justice? First Daughter, Then Father Allegedly Commits Suicide, RaGa Reacts

Lucknow: Who will get justice first, the daughter, or the father? Both are dead. The remaining family members were crushed when the daughter and father both died within a week.

The family’s relatives said that who would now dare to seek justice for the murders of their daughters after her father committed suicide as a result of the accused’s bullying. Instead of answering this issue, the cops are currently trying to keep their hands clean. The family was allegedly being threatened to withdraw the case.

The father of a teenage girl, one of two who were reportedly raped last week and discovered hanging from a tree in a hamlet in Uttar Pradesh’s Kanpur district, has died. In a video address to the press, senior police officer Deeksha Sharma stated that the corpse was discovered on Wednesday afternoon. The corpse was discovered at Hamiurpur, less than two km from his residence. Following a standard post-mortem, the corpse was turned over to the family, and his last rites were done in their hamlet in the presence of police. Meanwhile, the son has reported the incident to the police. Last week, the bodies of his daughter and another child were found.

They were reportedly made to drink liquor before being assaulted by the local contractor’s son, 18, and nephew, 19. Two girls and their families worked at a contractor-owned brick kiln, and their bodies were found nearby. All three were arrested and are now in jail. According to authorities, they might face prosecution for gang rape, abetment of suicide, and violations of the POCSO Act.

According to their family, the girls went to the fields to relieve themselves. When they failed to return, relatives went looking for them their daughters dead hanging from a plum tree. According to relatives, the accused also videotaped the attack and used it to blackmail the girls, stating that humiliation drove them to suicide. Police retrieved recordings and images from mobile phones.

The killings have ignited a debate, with Congress MP Rahul Gandhi criticizing the ruling BJP’s claims of a “double engine government” in power – an argument for increased development – over “double injustice”.
Understand the ‘double unfairness’ occurring under Narendra Modi’s ‘double engine’ regimes through these two occurrences! Two sisters from UP committed suicide after being raped. “Now, due to a lack of justice and pressure to withdraw the case, their father was forced to commit suicide,” he wrote on X. Gandhi, who is generally likely to return to fight his family’s Amethi stronghold in the state’s 2024 Lok Sabha election, also mentioned an event in BJP-ruled Madhya Pradesh.
