“We Are Proud That BJP Government Opens Bank Accounts For Poor”: JP Nadda Over Shashi Tharoor’s Remark

BJP President JP Nadda has given a befitting reply to the statement of Congress MP Shashi Tharoor. JP Nadda wrote on social media platform X that “We are proud that our government opens bank accounts for the poor! Congress never worried about it because they only cared about the vote bank and the bank accounts of a dynasty. Therefore, the people of Kerala will defeat such people in this election.”

Shashi Tharoor had given the statement

Congress MP Shashi Tharoor said that BJP can open only one account in Kerala and that is ‘bank account’. Tharoor had also said that BJP has been trying to win in Kerala for a long time but is not getting success, because the political DNA of BJP is communalism which the people of Kerala will never tolerate.

BJP has given ticket to Rajiv Chandrashekhar

It is noteworthy that BJP has made Union Minister Rajiv Chandrashekhar its candidate from Thiruvananthapuram in the Lok Sabha elections 2024. Chandrashekhar is contesting against sitting Congress MP and candidate Shashi Tharoor. Chandrashekhar is trying hard to defeat Tharoor and is continuously attacking Tharoor and Congress.

Voting will be done on 26th April

There are 20 Lok Sabha seats in Kerala where voting is to be held in the second phase. Voting will be held here on 26th April. BJP has claimed victory on 10 seats here.
