PM Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah and other top BJP leaders convened a high level meeting in New Delhi on Wednesday. The discussions were mainly related to preparations for the upcoming Lok Sabha Elections.

Top Party leaders also talked about changes to be taken within the party organization and government. Sources claim that during the meeting, Prime Minister Narendra Modi gave explicit instructions to cabinet ministers and highlighted the significance making needs of the underprivileged and socially backward sections of society a first priority within their ministries.
