On Friday, Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde announced the expansion of his Cabinet, over two weeks after nine NCP leaders, including Ajit Pawar, were sworn in as ministers. In the state cabinet expansion, NCP leader Chhagan Bhujbal received the Food and Civil Supply portfolio, while Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar received the Finance portfolio.
At a ceremony held at Raj Bhawan on July 2, Ajit Pawar and eight other NCP leaders—Chhagan Bhujbal, Dilip Walse Patil, Hasan Mushrif, Dhananjay Munde and Dharmarao Atram, Aditi Tatkare, Sanjay Bansode, and Anil Patil—took oaths as ministers. As Eknath Shinde rearranged the portfolios in his Cabinet, they have now been assigned to their appropriate departments.

Co-operative – Dilip walse-Patil
Medical Education and Special Assistance – Hasan Mushrif
