Allahabad High Court has given a big decision in the case of ownership dispute between Gyanvapi and Kashi Vishwanath Temple of Varanasi.

Mr Justice Rohit Ranjan Aggarwal, while hearing all the petitions which were related to sustainability and three were against the AS survey rejected all the five petitions  filed by the Muslim side have been rejected by the Allahabad High Court.

The court further directed the Civil Court  Varanasi to resolve this matter within period of  six months.
It may be recalled that Anjuman Intejamia Committee and UP Sunni Central Waqf Board had challenged the maintainability of the original suit filed in the Varanasi court in 1991 in the Allahabad High Court.

On December 8, Allahabad High Court had reserved the decision after the completion of the hearing. The Muslim side will now go to the Supreme Court in this matter. No order has been given in this case regarding eating Waju.
