Suchana Seth, who was detained on suspicion of killing her four-year-old kid at a hotel in the state, used eyeliner to write the note, according to the Goa Police.
The note was discovered in the bag that the accused used to store her son’s body, as per the details. According to police, Suchana expressed her grief in the note on the court order allowing her estranged spouse to see their kid.
Following the investigation, it was revealed that Suchana wanted the custody of her son completely. In the note she mentioned, “The custody of my son should remain with me no matter what, even if the court grants us divorce, I want the custody of my son.”
The accused woman, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of a start-up company in Bengaluru while in police custody, had gone under regular medical examination, following which she was bought back to Goa’s Calangute police station.
On Tuesday, Suchana Seth after the murder tried absconding with his son’s body stuffed in the bag.
The Bengaluru CEO killed her son in a Goa service Apartment. After she left the apartment the staff found blood stains in the bathroom towel after which the matter came to light. The staff also witnessed that her son wasn’t with her while she left the hotel. On investigation the police discovered the child’s body from woman’s luggage.
