On Friday, the Jharkhand High Court granted bail to former Chief Minister Hemant Soren in connection with a land scam case.

The court urged the NTA to acknowledge and address any genuine mistakes in the examination process. The agency is expected to act impartially in its investigation and response.

During the hearing of case, lawyer Rahul Mehra, appearing for Arvind Kejriwal, said that this petition is completely unacceptable. Extraordinary bail should be granted in all cases.

It was said in the petition that the Indian Justice Code, Civil Defense Code and Indian Evidence Act passed by the Parliament should be examined by forming a committee under the chairmanship of a retired judge of the Supreme Court.

Rajya Sabha MP and senior lawyer Kapil Sibal has been appointed as the President of the Supreme Court Bar Association earlier as well.

The court said that wherever trees have been cut, the land will have to be restored.

Solicitor General Tushar Mehta said that the petition filed by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is not maintainable.

Jackie Shroff said in his petition that a case has been filed against various organizations using his name, photo, voice and the word 'Bhidu' without his consent.

At Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court, the land-for-job case was discussed. The CBI requested more time to submit the final chargesheet.

The petition underscores the urgency of addressing the alleged violations, emphasizing the Election Commission's responsibility to enforce the Model Code of Conduct rigorously. Despite
