On Monday, French President Emmanuel Macron’s office announced that he will be hosting a summit on Ukraine in Paris with several European leaders and government representatives.
“Two years after the start of the invasion of Ukraine, this working meeting will be an opportunity to study ways to boost the cooperation between partners in support of Ukraine”, stated a statement from the Elysee palace on Thursday.
French officials said Macron is determined to convey a message to Moscow that there is no ‘Ukraine fatigue’ in Europe, despite concerns about sustained US support.
