The Palestinian health ministry stated that three Palestinians were killed by Israeli forces in the West Bank on Sunday, as violence has flared in the occupied area since the start of the Israel-Hamas war.

According to the Ramallah-based ministry, two Palestinians, aged 22 and 20, were slain in an attack by Israeli occupation forces on Abu Dis, a suburb of annexed east Jerusalem isolated by the Israeli wall encircling the West Bank.

“One of the two was killed by a bullet in the chest and six others were injured, three seriously”, the statement reads.

It went on to say, “A 22-year-old Palestinian was killed by Israeli occupation bullets in Nuba, northwest of Hebron”.

The Israeli army told the media that they were looking into the reports on Abu Dis and Nuba.

“Meanwhile, a 17-year-old Palestinian died from his wounds after being hit by Israeli occupation bullets several days ago in Al-Eizariya, which is also on the outskirts of Jerusalem”, the statement continued.

According to the Palestinian health ministry, more than 150 Palestinians have been killed in skirmishes with Israeli forces and settler attacks in the West Bank since the beginning of the war, which was started by Hamas bombings on October 7, which Israeli officials say killed 1,400 people.

The IDF stated that Israeli forces have arrested over 1,000 Palestinians in the West Bank during that time, the vast majority of whom are linked with Hamas. During Such operations, clashes have frequently ensued.
