“A March For Justice,” Claims Wagner Group President As He Releases Audio Message Post Mutiny In Russia

President of the Wagner Group, Yevgeny Prigozhin has first time spoken about the mutiny in Russia since it took place. He released an eleven minutes audio message in which he expressed that the mutiny was actually “a march for justice”. He further stated the group members that did not show any aggression but they were hit by missiles and helicopters. The group even tried to avoid any blood spillage of the Russian soldiers.

“No intention to topple the government,” said Prigozhin

The audio message explained Yevgeny Prigozhin’s motive behind his advancement into Moscow. He very arrogantly stated that the group by no means wished to “topple the government”. He further claimed that the group and the members did not kill any soldiers on the ground. However, they had to open fire on aircraft which allegedly was aiming at the Wagner Group.

He further said that one other reason for this March into the Russian capital was to “show the Russian Army how things are done.” This statement is enough to show how proud is Wagner Group Head over his March.  He further explained that they took control of 700 kilometers and this is the level of organization the Russian army needs.

“I am the man who can get things done,” boasts Wagner Group Leader

As an ending note to his 11-minute voice note, he exclaimed that this is how the 24th of February 2022 should have looked like. This is the date when Vladimir Putin, the President of Russia launched his military operation against Ukraine, the Russia Ukraine War started on this date. Taking the claims further, he said, “I am the man who can get things done. I am the best person who can secure Russia’s victory in Ukraine.” Well, the audio message did not give any kind of information about his next move.
