NIA conducted a significant investigation into the Bengaluru cafe blast case by bringing the accused suspects to the scene of the crime.

National Investigation Agency (NIA) announced on Friday that it had apprehended the main perpetrator and mastermind behind the explosion at Rameshwaram cafe in Bengaluru.

A week after a low-level IED blast injured nine people, the Rameshwaram Cafe bravely reopened its doors to the public on Friday.

NIA was given control of the investigation into the explosion at the cafe. The explosion that occurred on March 1 at the Rameshwaram Cafe in Brookfield, East Bengaluru, injured at least ten persons.

Four people were detained on Saturday by the Bengaluru Central Crime Branch. They are not charged with detonating the bomb.

The police had earlier reported they were trying to find out what caused the explosion at The Rameshwaram Cafe in Bengaluru

Hours after the explosion, Siddaramaiah verified the fact that a customer's bag contained IED.

According to police officials, forensic teams are gathering evidence, and tests will determine the precise reason behind the explosion.
