India voiced its 'deep concern' on Tuesday over the arrest and denial of bail to ISKCON priest and safety of Hindus in Bangladesh.

The Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) announced on Friday that it is in contact with the Qatari government regarding the seizure of the Guru Granth Sahib.

Bangladesh has descended into chaos following the implementation of a controversial quota system for government jobs, which has sparked massive street protests and violence.
