On Friday, Engineer Rashid briefly left Delhi's Tihar Jail after the Patiala House court granted him a two-hour parole for his parliamentary oath-taking ceremony.

A Delhi court has granted two-hour parole custody to Engineer Rashid to facilitate his swearing-in as a member of the Lok Sabha.

But if the court permits Engineer Rashid to take oath as MP, the lawyer argued that he should be subject to certain limitations.
